Tender, buttery scones folded with bright, tart cranberries—made slowly, by hand, and frozen fresh so you can enjoy them warm from your own oven. These scones are lightly sweet with a soft, crumbly texture, made using gluten-free flour and a small amount of slow-fermented sourdough starter.
They are not gluten-free, as the sourdough starter contains gluten. However, the long fermentation process helps break down gluten, making them easier to digest for many people. Each scone is shaped and frozen raw, ready to bake whenever the moment calls for something comforting and homemade—without the work.
How to Bake:
• Remove scones from the freezer and let them thaw slightly while the oven preheats
• Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
• Place scones on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced apart
• Bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden and set in the center
• Cool briefly before serving
Lovely served warm with butter and a drizzle of honey—nourishing, thoughtful, and made with care.
